When singeing, the speed and temperature should be strictly controlled, and the hairiness of the yarn should be basically removed without excessive singeing. The pre-treatment of yarn can be boiled and bleached in one bath to ensure evenness and whiteness. After scouring and bleaching, the yarn should be washed with hot water and cold water to keep the pH value of the yarn neutral. When mercerizing yarns, strictly control the concentration of lye at 21.55% (28°Bé±0.2°Bé), the temperature of soaking alkali is below 15°C, and the time of soaking alkali is 60s forward and reverse respectively. When the alkali concentration is 2.5%-3%, the mercerizing effect is the best. When the yarn is mercerized, it is also necessary to prevent the occurrence of mercerized flowers and cause uneven dyeing.

When dyeing, select reactive dyes that are resistant to twice mercerization without affecting fastness and color change, including Evercion H-E/H dyes of permanent light, domestic reactive blue H-EGN, turquoise H-A, etc. These dyes are mixed reactive dyes of monochloros-triazine vinyl sulfone, which also meet the international environmental protection requirements. Strictly control the heating speed and the amount and speed of alkali and salt during dyeing, and pay attention to compatibility when matching colors. Domestic H-type reactive dyes have different alkali resistance, so a sample test is required before application. Dark color varieties are treated with fixing agent after dyeing, which can improve the wet processing fastness, but it should be noted that color change may occur after fixing.
