Sewing machine repair requirements for tarpaulin

The tarp can sometimes be damaged due to improper use during use. When repairing the tarp with the sewing machine, pay attention to the following requirements:

1. Double-thread stitching should be used, and the outer stitches should be 15mm-20mm apart from the patch cloth periphery, and the distance between the two stitches should be 10mm.

2. The tarp is repaired by a straight double-thread machine on both sides, and the distance between the two stitches close to the pressure rope should not be less than 45mm. The stitch back at the stop should not be less than 50 mm.

3. Waterproof glue should be applied to both sides of the needle hole of the machine.

4. The stitches are evenly tight and straight. The stitch size is 14 stitches-18 stitches/100mm, and the stitches at the start and end of the needle are no less than 3 stitches.

5. After repairing, the middle of the rope cloth should be properly arched to facilitate the waist rope to pass through.
